This Construction Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between [Contractor Name] (“Contractor”) and [Owner Name] (“Owner”) for the construction of [Project Description] (“Project”).
 
1. Scope of Work
The Contractor agrees to perform all work necessary for the completion of the Project in accordance with the plans and specifications attached to this Agreement.
