The active voice of perfect tenses (past, present, and future) are formed using the verb “to have” and the past participle of another verb (had finished, has visited, have returned). To form the passive voice, simply add the word been between the verbs (had been chosen, has been made, have been finished). Usually, the end is -d, -ed, -en, -n, or -t.
