English grammar rule Cant
Knowing when to use no and not can be tricky. Here are the rules:
Use no when: You are answering a yes/no question in the negative. Before a noun that doesn’t have any articles. Before a noun preceded by any adjective except any, much, many or enough.
Use not when: a noun has an article. Before a noun preceded by any, much, many or enough. To make any verb negative.
Examples of 'Cant' rule

Incorrect There are no enough cookies for everyone. Correct There are not enough cookies for everyone. Incorrect He will no come back again. Correct He will not come back again.
